This stuff is fantastic for vegetarians or vegans. I contsantly have it on hand. I use it to make gravy or as a base for soups. It's super high quality stuff and tastes like beef. Which is wild to me.You get a ton of servings in the little jar, so while it might seem a little pricey, it's not and even if it was, it's worth the price. Ingredients are stellar, easy to use, just measure what you need and mix it into whatever you're making.

Better Than Bouillon lives up to its name and this no beef version is no exception. Rich, savory flavor that actually tastes like something rather than just salty water. Hard to believe it's fully vegan because it has that depth you'd expect from a real beef broth.A little goes a long way so one jar lasts a long time. Great for soups, stews, gravies, deglazing a pan, adding to rice, whatever you need a flavor boost for. Having it on hand in the fridge means you always have a base ready without storing cartons of broth.If you cook regularly and haven't switched to Better Than Bouillon yet this is a good place to start. The vegan version doesn't compromise on flavor at all.

The No Beef Base is amazing, but that’s to be expected from BTB. Using this in the marinade for “beefy” flavor was a definite improvement. My “beef” broccoli was very good.

The vegetarian no beef base is amazing. It is the perfect base for minestrone. I like this better than the no chicken base. It really curbs cravings having soup for my meals when using this base. It adds so much depth of flavor to vegetable soups now, similar to those beef flavored canned soups i used to love before becoming a lifelong vegetarian.

Really rich and tasty! I use it all the time to make tofu "beef" crumbles, soy curls and in soups! I use it quite often when cooking so give my meals an umami oopf!

I use this quite a bit, but usually buy it from a large bulk warehouse.This was too small for the money. The quality was fine.

This is a vegetable alternative to meat. All the taste but no animal products. So yummy.

I used this to make vegan "ground beef" the flavour was there! This stuff is great and I will buy it again for sure. It's a thick liquid and you will have to keep it in the fridge after opwning.
