I got these so I can try them out to see if it’s worth the money and they work pretty well although I’ve been using bands at the gym before quarantine so I think these were too easy for me but these are good for beginners who want to build up strength. The bands do start to fade after a while of use

I use these bands at the base of my quads to do side lunges. The material is very thin, yet surprisingly strong. They also stay in place during the workout. The blue and black band offer good resistance. The others would be more for rehabilitation exercises post injury stuff.

Descent, if your just starting to workout they are probably enough resistance, however if you are an athlete, or exercise frequently, they are not enough resistance. I have to use the heavy and extra heavy at the same time to make it effective enough amount of resistance. Even with 2 on a time it still feels light and I have to do many reps in whatever exercise I’m using them for to feel it

I have been trying to change up my work out routine. I have been looking at some good resistance bands for a while and decided to go ahead and try these. I liked that there were different levels so that I can work my way up. The storage pouch keeps these organized when I am done working out. I have enjoyed using these and have added them successfully into my work out routine 3 times a week. I am very glad that I made the jump to order these!

These are perfect. I incorporate them into my bootcamp and P90x classes and work great. I have had many issues. Some of the print is coming off of a couple but that’s a non issue for me. I bought another few sets later and the color lots were off but same resistance as the first set. My class just asks if they are the same amount of resistance. No big deal.

For the price you pay, these bands are EXCELLENT! They give me enough of a challenge and come in a nice bag to store them. They are very durable and have not ripped or torn anywhere! They have not gotten stretched out after 3 workouts of using them so that’s a plus!

Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. For those who have experience working out with bands, these are too thin and stretchy. Even our kids are using the strong/black band with little difficulty. Otherwise, good quality for starter bands and I like the colors, labeling on the bands, and bag.

These are awesome for resistance training! Even the lightest one is very hard to pull for resistance! They come in a nice travel bag! It would be awesome if they came with some kind of instructions though!
