The shower head is excellent for preparation a good quality of brewed coffee. Itcame with reusable filter and spoon. Each line in the water reservoir refer to the same number of spoon that you should put in your reusable filter. I dont like to use the reusable filter. I replace it with my own peperfilter to avoid sigment of coffee coming through my mug.To be honest it is good machine but slightly big in my kitchen and the things that I do not like it is that temperature not comming hot. Never see it above 92 C.I got it in a sale price for 49.99 GBP which is so good for money saving.

We always wanted a bean to coffee machine after a lot of research we finally decided on this one. It is brilliant so easy to use, the coffee tastes fantastic, well recommended. Also great value for the money!!!!

Worked for a few months then went bang. Had to throw away Waste of money

Well this was a disappointment.Firstly: It's a faff to just brew coffee, there's no real one button brew and go. You have to set everything first from the cups to the grind to the plate. The water tank on the back has the stupidest small little opening to put water into, this shouldn't be this hard.Secondly: the coffee it makes no matter what setting you put it on is WAY too strong. I tried a few different ways to brew my favourite beans and whatever way I tried it just made them taste bitter and over strong. There's no temperature control either so the coffee comes out way too hot.Thirdly: The grinder even on it's finest setting is nothing like fine. I have other grinders and the fine setting is more like medium-coarse against my others. It also grinds way too many beans for the amount of coffee you want to make.All in all this is a massive let-down. You can get grinders like the dualit for around £100 and a cheap moka pot and make better coffee for less money. Why? Because you can control the process a lot better than this can.The only reason this gets 2 stars is because the cord is quite long and it's fairly quick.
