I paid more to get it to me quickly and in the end it arrived very late.apparently. amazon is not like ebay where uni speaks the truth of experience because they want me to edit my comment

Great for Remote Camera
Bought this camera mount for live-stream church services. Works great but left-right pan buttons seem backwards (to me) and there is a tendency to overshoot, probably caused by delay in digital image. But using the A-B presets works great; the camera moves smoothly from aimpoint to aimpoint so delay and pan button placement don't matter. I don't know the range limit but it works fine controlling a camera near the altar from the back of the church. Can't comment on durability yet but the 18650 Lithium-Ion battery, which is likely to need replacement in time, is very easily to replace.

Great for the price
As an inexpensive solution to controlling a phone or camera, this works well. Lighter cameras only.

Pan is backwards!
The media could not be loaded. For $40 I don’t know what I expected. The tilt works fine but the pan is backwards… left arrow pans right and right arrow pans left. You can see the arrow on the unit showing which way to point the camera and it is correct as the tilt operates the correct way. Lol, If I turn the camera around backwards and turn the remote upside down, it sorta makes it orient correctly… but then the display is upside down. Gears are a little loose so there is some slop. Only a problem when it’s on the move I suppose (I have it on a RC mobile unit so it’s a problem). Got it for Christmas and just now started playing with it so too late to return.Would not recommend. Just spend a little more $$ and get a better one.
