Follow the listing instructions.
I followed the instructions on the listing with the serial number. I ordered once I verified the matching numbers to my fob. It was delivered over night I used Tech stream and set it up and it works just like the factory fob. Great purchase!

Matches OEM key fob
I bought my Lexus used and it only had one key - the previous owner must have lost the second key. I always felt uneasy about having one key fob so I bought this new key fob as a backup. Be prepared to pay a few hundred dollars for the dealership to program it, which takes all of a minute to do. It was easy to program with my AUTEL scanner. Functions just like the factory one. The casing doesn't have the Lexus logo which I didn't care about. It already had a battery in it.

Great Replacement Key Fob
Got this key fob for my 2013 Lexus es350. I made sure that the numbers in my broken key fob matched the new one before I bought it. Upon arrival, I took it to the local Lexus dealer where it was programmed without problems. I didn't need to cut the key as I am able to use the old one. The programming, in my opinion, was a little bit expensive ($199.00 plus taxes). Other than that, the new key fob is working great.

Fob saves you a bunch of money
Perfect for those who have either lost their extra key or need an extra key for their vehicle. Make sure you know and understand that you will have to have a locksmith program it for you as a dealership won’t program a key they don’t provide. This is strictly the fob and the small key that comes out of. It will have to be cut if you want to use it as well.

Worked for 2014 Lexus ES350 but...
I purchased this key fob for a 2014 Lexus ES350. I had a locksmith to program it but there was a problem programming it. It came with a "dead battery". Once the battery was switched with a new battery, the programming went great. So if you order this key fob or any other fob and it doesn't work, CHECK THE BATTERY (this one uses the CR2032).
