Review: Taste and efficacy - I like these. I had imagined over salvation happening but it isn't like that. It just takes the dryness of my mouth away. It's perfect. I don't find them overly spicy. I find them to have a nice cinnamon flavor. My dental hygenist encouraged me to get something bc my mouth is very very dry from medication and affecting my dental health. I love the container and perfect for my purse or even my jeans pocket. It's a good value and I will buy more. I'm not sure it's advisable but I may try these between my gums and cheek at night.

Tasty cinnamon mints... Perhaps too tasty! We consumed these rather quickly, having about 2-3 each night after dinner and brushing our teeth. I bought them because I read that these helped with dental health because they are sugar-free and don't feed the oral bacteria like so many other mints can. I like the nice fresh taste, too.
