Tiny, useable, low power desktop
Review is for the Quiter2Q, J4125 8Gb / 128Gb version.I bought this as a low power "daily driver" PC to avoid running a more powerful PC just to surf web etc.On receipt I gave it a quick check out, then fitted it out with a spare 256Gb Samsung NVMe drive. While trying to install a fresh copy of Windows 11 - I'd rather know it was built with entirely vanilla image from Microsoft media) - I found the device was hanging on reboot, but booting into audit mode and installing the missing drivers from Windows update fixed that problem. Other than that installation was straightforward. The PC activated with Windows 11 pro using the hardware license key.In use this is a really tidy, tiny, highly usable low-power PC. With the NVMe drive I can boot it and log in to desktop in ~25 seconds. It's responsive for everyday tasks, web browsing etc. WiFi connection is fast (802.11ac 5GHz). Built in audio is quite adequate to drive headphones, the in-built amp is actually pretty low noise. At idle the box uses just ~4W of power in total (see chart). The case feels slightly warm but certainly not what you'd call hot.I added the Plex desktop app and tried playing videos on my 2K monitor, it's definitely up to the task and playback is smooth, though there are some stutters if you open menus etc at same time, but totally usable as a media centre PC.Overall I'd definitely recommend!

Very good but...
I’ve been using this product for a while now and I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed. The performance is great, the design is compact and light. However, there are a few issues that I’ve encountered.Firstly, the device can get quite hot. While this hasn’t affected the performance so far, it’s something to be mindful of.Secondly, the customer support has been less than satisfactory. I’ve been waiting for a response to a query for almost a month now, which is quite disappointing.Lastly, I’ve noticed that my device can only use the USB-C to power the PC after it has been powered up once with the charger and then shut down while the USB-C is connected to the monitor (that can power the device). In a sense it won't negotiate power delivery from off, but it will if the USB-C is hooked before the shutdown. If anyone has a solution let me know.Despite these issues, I’m still very happy with my purchase.

Perfect for light use
I bought this late 2022 and it’s done a solid 12 months, used mainly as a Citrix thin client at least a couple of times a week for 7-8hrs at a time; drives a 4K panel with ease. The second HDMI output for personal non-work faff is highly useful. Light use of web etc is fine, you will get frame drops on 4K YouTube videos even if they are at 25fps. Light photo editing is ok but heavier apps do tax it. iTunes is bearable but far from zippy…. If ripping CDs then turn on error correction and don’t do anything else concurrently :-) But overall I love it, no moving parts and performant in the most part, also tiny - though amazingly there’s still room to get a second M.2 drive in - which is an easy self-upgrade. 5*

Great little fanless pc
This is a great little fanless pc, it is about the size of a small book and supports a 4 core celeron processor, which for it's category is fantastic. The device is soo small that I have placed it next to my router and use it as a small server for hosting a youtube stream 24/7. The machine is up to the task thanks to it's integrated graphics which is poweful enough for this objective.Out of the box the processor runs at a max TDP of 10w which is fine however you can unlock it to 15w and allow it to burst up to the full potential of the processor (max tdp I have seen is 13.9w doing this) I ordered a small usb fan to keep the device cool at all times and a 120m fan will sit snug on the top of it keeping it cool, this is optional and is not 100% required but does keep the device in the 40s degrees for my current load.Device would be perfect for a lightweight computer or perhaps as a thin client to connect to a more powerful machine using software such as parsec, this would be the type of usuage I would have for it if I was not using it as a small server.Got it on sale at £190 which is a fair price, would love to see devices of these caliber go for £100-£150 in the future but perhaps that will not be for another few years.I would recommend this product to anybody who needs a lightweight computer or server.

A Super Little PC
I have had this particular model (3C, 8GB, 128MB) for 12 months and use it every day for email and on-line shopping. I retro-fitted it with a 512GB M2 SSD drive which was easy to do and was able to clone the eMMC drive. For most general computing purposes this PC is as good as a full desktop PC, but consumes 1 tenth of the power.

Here are my pros and cons
Great little mini PC. I'm evaluating itPros:- Silent- Reinstalling a fresh Windows copy is easy, product key is embedded on the BIOS- Installing M.2 SSD is easy, check the product spec for compatible modules.- Quick friendly support from MeleCons:- USB-C power input is not USB compliant and is for power only. Only works with the supplied PSU and not any USB charge capable of supplying 20V.- Runs HOT. I'm adding a heatsink to the case to prevent thermal throttling.

Struggle with installation but worth the time.
This mini computer is good at multitasking, features 8GB DDR4 SDRAM and 128GB eMMC storage.I use it mostly for basic web browsing, streaming video content from YouTube or Netflix, typing out documents in a word processor, viewing photos, managing files, etc.It can simultaneous display on dual screens through two HDMI ports.Love the small size. For a great price, I am able to process my videos and pictures with ease and comes with Windows 11 pre installed aswell. The speed is impressive even using Wi-Fi.Struggle bit with the installation, my partner did pretty much everything. For what I require this small PC does exactly what I need.Recommended 👍

Slow but efficient
It is a very slow device, make no mistake. However, you can run it from a single cable if your monitor sports type-c power delivery, has many I/O ports, nvme slot, dead silent, and power efficient (15W peak).I bought this as a client device to remote into my work PC and it does that job well. Only need it to be able to run remote desktop, Teams, and Spotify. My gaming PC idles around 200W for the same workload, so I wanted to reduce my wasted energy.Only thing I was concerned about was Teams, but it handles meetings just fine.

The media could not be loaded.
