I start my my day with a cup of hot water or green tea & boiling water in vessel is hectic. Recently got this kettle from Tesora & I must say it’s so amazing & made my work so easy.. Boils water within reasonable time & automatically shuts off when the water boils. Additionally, it has boil-dry protection. Very easy to clean as it have wide mouth. It have unbreakable glass. I got black one which looks absolutely premium & very light weight. Very happy with my purchase as it is at affordable price & very useful.

This product is very useful for my grandparents in winter...saves a lot of time...boils water in min.. and walls are insulated .....

Good quality product with impressive design and color.

I purchased this kettle in the month of June 2023 and there was an issue with the kettle. Water was not boiling when only the indicator was on.As the product was in warranty I emailed the customer care and they immediately forwarded it to the nearby service team and they asked me to send me a video of the issue with the kettle. As soon as I sent within a day they raised a replacement in the company and the next day I was called and informed that I will be getting the tracing number immediately after the call. As they told I received the tracking number and waiting for the replacement. After sales support is the main problem with the product where Tesora wins customers heart. Am happy that I chose Tesora over other brands…

I made coffee, tea, noodles, boiled eggs, potatoes, water, milk and several other things. Works like charm.

There are signs that the box has been opened before. The glass of the kettle is broken. The kettle is dirty and shows signs of having been used multiple times.

It's overall a good design and works well. The opening is large so it's easy to get a hand inside to clean. It boils water to the top (or as near to it as is safe) in about 8-9 minutes (will be different depending on your altitude.) The only criticisms are that if you pour out the water immediately after the auto-shut off feature engages (that is, after it boiled the water and turned itself off), by holding the handle at the top, which is most natural, your hand will get scolded with hot steam. You have to slide your hand down lower on the handle to avoid injury. Also, if you pour at too steep an angle, the water spills out all over, not where you intended, so you have to pour more gently.

The media could not be loaded.  Service/durability / performance are good. Just the rust on the edge is disappointing.
