Featuring universal compatibility with all rod types, a 360-degree rotating collar for secure reel capture, and the innovative LockNLoad mounting system with three operational modes, it offers unmatched adjustability and stability. Its elevated extension arm improves reel accessibility and comfort, while marine-grade polymer construction ensures long-lasting performance in all water conditions. ## Description The Omega Pro adds an extension arm to help get reel higher off the water or helps accommodate longer rod butts. The Omega Pro attaches to kayak, boat, or other watercraft with LockNLoad mounting system. Offering unrivaled track mount security and adjustability, the patent pending LockNLoad track base is the most advanced track mount ever created. You want no slip? No problem. The LockNLoad track base attaches quickly and easily with a single MightyBolt but will not accidentally rotate or loosen from the track, even when your trolling rod takes a big hit. There are 3 modes: locked, adjustment, removal. The patent pending design is easy to use: - From locked mode, simply squeeze a lever to go into adjustment mode. - In adjustment mode, the mount can be rotated in any direction, but cannot be removed, ensuring the rod holder is completely secure while making adjustments, even if a fish hits. Let go of the lever and you are back in locked mode. - To go to removal mode, flip the lever out, and the system easily slides off of the track mount. Review: The best rod holders on the market - I have been using this on my Kayak. I have a Hobie pro angler 14, I’m using a mighty mount duo on the H RAIL. This produc attaches to a gear track using a T Bolt (which is supported by the mighty mount duo to an H Rail.) I have caught large Lake Erie wallet, medium sized catfish along with a number of other smaller fish. The omega pro rod holders are a versatile, and valuable way to go. They are modular in their positioning, and extremely sturdy. I do not worry about loosing a rod. I have been trolling at 2+mph when a walleye took the rod down, and the omega pro held tight. I highly recommend this product for any kayak angler. Review: Expensive, but extra range & security are good for fly rods - This is pricey, but is better than the competition. I bought it for a 10' Hobie Kayak and it's narrow, so the ability to extend the rods out and away from the kayak is useful. It's not a long reach, but enough to get the reels out of the working area. The other nice thing is that the elevation is adjusted in smaller incremements than the Scotty rod holders and it's spring loaded so you can keep them just loose enough to move them if you want to. The indents are also such that you can lay a fly reel over on its side and it will keep it from slipping forward if a fish grabs it whereas the Scotty and other brands I've tried won't. The only things I don't like are that the front opening isn't wide enough. A fat fly reel cork won't easily slide through it so I actually have to either force it through or end up bringing the rod backwards so the narrowest end of the cork comes out. That's not necessarily a deal killer as that also adds a level of protection against losing your rod. The other thing is that the complicated mechanism to release the lock sometimes sticks and it's trickier than I'd like to get it to spin and then reseat. I've also had troubles getting it off. I do feel like I'm not going to accidentally lose it, but the mechanism still needs improvement so that it's smooth. I often times squeeze it to turn it and it won't turn until I fiddle with it more, and when I squeeze the lever underneath to open the mechanism to remove it, it won't come off until I fiddle with it. It's nice you can theoretically do it one-handed whereas the Scotty needs one hand to twist, the other hand to lift & turn. I now wish I could return my Scotty rod holder and pay the difference for two of these YakAttacks. ## Features - UNIVERSAL COMPATIBILITY – Securely holds spinning, casting, conventional, and fly rods of all sizes, making it the only rod holder you'll ever need. - 360-DEGREE ROTATING COLLAR – Easily lock your rod in place with a quick-secure reel capture system, preventing unwanted movement while keeping your rod easily accessible. - LOCKNLOAD MOUNTING SYSTEM – Features three modes: locked, adjustment, and removal, allowing for quick positioning and rock-solid security on most kayak track mount systems. - ELEVATED EXTENSION ARM – Raises your reel higher off the water for easier access and accommodates longer rod butts, improving comfort and usability. - DURABLE & MADE IN THE USA – Built from high-strength, marine-grade polymer, this rod holder withstands freshwater and saltwater conditions, ensuring long-lasting performance. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B078PT2TF2 | | Best Sellers Rank | #67,677 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #110 in Fishing Rod Holders | | Brand | YakAttack | | Brand Name | YakAttack | | Color | Black (Professional) | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 2,251 Reviews | | Fits Rod Size | 3 inches | | Included Components | item | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 7"D x 4"W x 7"H | | Item Highlight | Track Mount Fishing Rod Holder for Kayak & Boat | Compatible with Spinning, Casting, Fly Reels | Black (Professional) | | Item Type Name | fishing-rod-holders | | Item Weight | 4.54 g | | Manufacturer | YakAttack | | Manufacturer Part Number | RHM-1002 | | Material | Plastic | | Material Type | Plastic | | Model Number | SG_B078PT2TF2_US | | Mounting Type | Rail Mount | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Product Dimensions | 7"D x 4"W x 7"H | | UPC | 819731013988 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | Yak Attack Limited 1 Year Product Warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** YakAttack - **Color:** Black (Professional) - **Material:** Plastic - **Mounting Type:** Rail Mount - **Product Dimensions:** 7"D x 4"W x 7"H ## Images ![YakAttack Omega Pro Rod Holder - Secure & Adjustable LockNLoad System - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61Lp9NNcLhL.jpg) ![YakAttack Omega Pro Rod Holder - Secure & Adjustable LockNLoad System - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61teHCSSgWL.jpg) ![YakAttack Omega Pro Rod Holder - Secure & Adjustable LockNLoad System - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/716J-piq-JL.jpg) ![YakAttack Omega Pro Rod Holder - Secure & Adjustable LockNLoad System - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61lRqOy1OOL.jpg) ![YakAttack Omega Pro Rod Holder - Secure & Adjustable LockNLoad System - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/714mGNDjg2L.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Will this fit on a mighty mount xl track?** A: Yes this rod holder will fit on the mighty mount tracks. **Q: Does this work with bait casting reel?** A: Yes, I have personally used this with a bait casting reel. **Q: I'm curios how sturdy the rod holder is, I'm looking to do some trolling for salmon in my kayak and the strikes can get pretty crazy sometimes.** A: This rod holder is pretty sturdy. My only issue with it was how bulky it was. Great quality though. I took the middle arm off one of mine so it sits lower in front of me **Q: will this fit an Ascend 10T?** A: Yes, it fits most standard gear tracks! Thanks for the question! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best rod holders on the market *by V***E on May 21, 2026* I have been using this on my Kayak.
