No, they are sold separately. You will have to select a size. The picture shows both so you can see the difference in the two sizes.

We're sorry that the sizes are not correctly listed. The dimensions of the two sizes are: L: 22.5"L x 12.5"W x 12"H, S: 18.5"L x 10"W x 9" H

Q: Is the bottom made of the same woven material or of a cheaper wood base? (Pics don't show the bottom.)

The bottom of the basket is made of the same material as the rest of the basket. The handle is made of wood and attached with a flat strap made of the same kind of material. It’s beautifully woven and I enjoy using it.
