Ceramic Rods pop
Bought this April 2021, 16 months later the ceramic rods literally started popping like pop corn as they got hot. It seems random, there are about 6 totally destroyed rods. I have no explanation. But other than that, I had no issues.

Very unhappy client. Rods are very poorly made
This direct replacement was pretty good up until now. the rods are shattering as the barbecue is getting hot Not very happy and company should give me my money back. These were already replaced once and problem continues to happen. The holders are of pretty good quality but the rods are either defective or simply poorly made.

Great and economical solution.
Very economical way to replace worn out grates. My husband did a great job making them fit as they weren’t perfectly sized for our grill. Nonetheless, the end product was terrific and we saved several hundred dollars.

Ceramic rods busted within a few months
Orders this product last Fall and by Christmas the ceramic rods started cracking and then completely breaking. I don't think they fire them properly during manufacturing. The metal casings seem fine and fit my grill well, but with all the rods broken (about 50% of them) the product is useless.

I was pleasantly surprise of the improvements of this item. Years ago it was not made of stainless steel, now it is. I am off doing exciting barbecues. Great price, great item

DANGEROUS AND UNSAFE PRODUCT - DO NOT BUY!!
DANGEROUS PRODUCT! these rods just exploded like popcorn when we went to use them (had been fine for a couple of months). This could have been a massive accident where someone got injured. This company should be reported for having such a dangerous product! I will be asking for my money back!

Absolute junk. A few months in and the ceramic rods are exploding. Shards of ceramic everywhere. Stay clear. The shards are hot and they burn. Do not purchase this garbage. Dangerous.

Great but confusing copy..
Product is great…but didn’t know how many trays are in the kit..thought one.then ordered 2 then thoughtA kit with total measurements would be two..so cancelled one of them..When the kit arrived there was only one tray ..had to order another…copy should clearly state one tray…

Fit in but the ceramic rodes broke easely at high heat .. the tray little bit smaller but fit
