Check the product date!
My product manufacture was 1/23 the expiration is 3/27, that make this product 3 years old with only 1 year left...assuming it was stored in a cool place. Great product just old stock, and with yeast freshness makes a huge difference.

Hard seltzer for the win
Did you buy this because of hard seltzer needs? Me too. Do I like this yeast? No. Do I think it does the job of making hard seltzer and is able to filtered… ehhh I guess
