solid Construction, exceeded my expectations!
This product is actually great and absolutely worth the price. To be honest it exceeded my expectations.I was looking to create a home gym since all the gyms in my area Are always packed to capacity.everything arrived just as described. The tricep rope is really good quality. almost compares to you would find in the gym (most of the products that I found excluded the tricep rope) and it was super easy to assemble.Everything feels very durable so I have recommended this to a couple of my fitness friends.i’ve been using it now for a couple of months and holding up very well. i’m excited for my daily workout routines now. Life is so much more convenient with this Set. Amazing Value!

Nice Lat Bar
Works as a lat pull down bar in my gym. It’s economical only think I would say would like better would be the padding. Does it’s job.

works great after adding grease
only slight downside was a grind/squeek when first using. looked inside the lube hole in the very center and saw alot of brown rust. has been smooth and perfect after adding grease

Avg At Best For Home
Finish is average. Just like everyone mention inside of the center piece is unprotected and will need at least some silicone lube. Rubber grips have no defect. Time will tell with wear n tear. Overall good budget buy for the home.

No instruction manual
The system comes without any instruction and the cables need to be altered to make them a desired size. I have no idea how the little parts work with the cables to get the cable sizes adjusted. A bit of paper of an online link to instructions would have been nice.

Forget it
Biggest waste of money of my life! I spent 100 dollars for a machine that I can only do one work out. Cable too short, can’t get the cable locking bolt tight. And big shock it broke then hit me in the face. (No injury just pride) Buy a less expensive one probable get a better product for half the money.
