Why does my phone show “slow charger”?

The charger or phone may require USB C PD or another protocol. This USB A cable cannot provide every device’s fastest charging mode.

Will it fast charge iPhone 15, 16, or 17?

It charges USB C iPhones at up to 7.5W with a compatible USB A source. For USB C PD fast charging, use a USB C to USB C cable and PD charger.

Does the package include a wall charger?

No. It includes two pack USB A to USB C cables only. A USB A power adapter is required.

Is this a USB C to USB C cable?

No. One end is USB A and the other is USB C. It does not connect directly to a USB C-only charger block.

What should I do if the cable becomes hot?

Unplug it safely and stop using it. Do not reconnect a cable that is unusually hot, damaged, discolored, loose, or produces odor or smoke.
