It seems the product does have a lot of healthy ingredients so there is nothing wrong with it. However, if using for weight loss / management, I have not noticed anything at all after taking it for a few weeks. I do already work out 4 days a week and my diet can best be explained as overall healthy, bad things in moderation and I have pretty good self control. But ,I am in my 40s now and despite my efforts my lower belly keeps on growing, LOL. So I just wanted a little something more to assist. I am glad it didn't suppress my appetite as I need to eat enough to work out and also have had no adverse side effects but, no notable positive results either.

There is no website for the Joyli company, when you scan the QR code takes you to a shady page where there's no Berberine listed and now you can't return it on Amazon after a day of delivery.

Some days it works and I have zero appetite. Other days if I eat too early after taking them I want to eat all dayThey work if you avoid eating for the first few hours. Allow them to kick in amd oh my heavens you won't want to eat a thing. It's super weird. Just 0 cravings and 0 desire to eat. So far so good.
