I have hyperhydrosis, so my hands excessively sweat. It's kept me from trying pole for years, but I finally decided to try pole and yup, my sweaty hands where an issue. I've tried dry hands before, and other "stop sweating" products so I already knew they didn't work for me. These where the answer! I'm able to hold my grip on the pole!!! I'd give these more stars if I could.

I am new to yoga and the first thing I have learned is that your hands get sweaty fast! I was sliding around on my mat and could not any position for long. Opted for these gloves and boy have they made a huge difference. The little grips help with the sliding around and the fabric absorbs all the sweat while allowing my hands to breathe. Keep in mind that you may have that sweaty palm scent after, so wash your gloves regularly. Good thing there are two pairs. Recommend for all yogis.

These gloves fit well and are of good quality. They grip well on yoga mat and look nice. Only complaint is hands still slip inside the gloves causing momentary instability in different yoga positions. They need to put something to grip on inside of glove too. Still better than bare hands tho.

These yoga gloves are nice. They fit well. I got them for my granddaughter and grandson for riding their bikes. The kids said the gloves have a good grip. One of the gloves had a small hole, but i fixed it. Overall we were satisfied. Recommended
