Bought this to reduce screen reflections and glare - not a problem with occasional laptop use but causing eye strain and headaches since working from home due to Covid19. This screen filter works brilliantly for this. Good for privacy too if that's what you're looking for.Well packed, perfect size and easy to fit. Good to be able to remove or reverse when I want sharper screen definition for photos etc.

First of all, I think it's some kind of fake. It comes with completely different mounting (adhesive) than what you see on the box instructions. it shows you it's supposed to have some kind of adhesive rails, where you can just slip the filter in but in reality you only have few double-sided adhesive to stick to your screen.But, to be fair the filter sticks to the screen without any adhesive whatsoever due to magnetic field.About the screen itself - brightness is ok, a bit dimmer, but that's expected.My main problem with it is: although 60 degree view angles is pretty accurate, above this anges you can STILL see what's on screen. Very dark, yes, almost invisible, nevertheless you can still see stuff on screen.Overall I wouldn't buy it again :(

The product is good and adjusts well to the screen. The only reason I did not provide with 5 stars, is because for some reason, at the bottom, where the tool bar is, it seems to make the image a bit blurry/less defined. For the rest, all good.

Works but you lose brightness and clarity, ok.Have to fix with double sided stickers actually on your screen or plastic strips it slides into.One side shiny one side matt to avoid glare and reflection.

Can't really recommend, privacy screen fits laptop well, however, there are two major flaws with it. Firstly the temporary fixings are useless, the glue isn't strong enough to hold the filter in place and it keeps falling off. The permanent sticky pads are OK but the temporary strips useless. Also, there are a series of lines across the screen when the filter is in place. It's ok to work on the laptop for short periods but prolonged use makes your eyes very tired with these horizontal lines across the screen. Can't recommend even at this price. I had a proper 3M filter on my old laptop and neither of these issues were apparent.

Does the job well - makes the screen matte rather than shiny which is better for the eyes. Makes it impossible to see the screen at a reasonable angle.

A very good privacy filter at a very good price. I have fitted many filters over the years and these are as good as those offered by the major manufacturers. They come with several different fitting options from the standard clear guides to the very useful clear gum style adhesive pads. These were especially useful on the screens they were being fitted to as they had no border/frame and needed to be as inconspicuous as possible.Top marks all round.

You could install it and remove it easily to clean behind the thing.
