Can the adjustable width bar be completely removed from the feet section?

Yes the bar has holes to adjust the width of the dip bars and is fully removable if required. I use the dip bars with the adjustable bar in place as it gives a very solid base.

Yes the bars can be used with or without the adapter. The bars come with normal feet. The adjustable bar kit comes with feet that replace two of the normal feet.

They are to small and not sturdy

These are good dip bars don't get me wrong. I just think they are lacking in height wise and when you put the bottom together I don't think they are sturdy enough to do handstands etc.
