Perfect size for my lip! I used the snap in jewelry from my 18&20g flat backs and both sizes fit in this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect *by K***L on October 9, 2026* Perfect for my needs ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great *by A***R on January 17, 2025* I got my first lobe piercing like 2 months ago and when they did it they gave me a silver back and a gold front so I thought I should change it. The back looks good and feels good, the disk on the back is a bit smaller than the one I was given when I was pierced. I used an insertion tool and it went in really easily. The 6mm 18g fits my ear just right. The barrel is a bit smaller I think than the original, I had to bend the front a little straighter to make it fit less tight but I don't think it will fall out as it's still in quite tight. ## Frequently Bought Together - NewkeepsR 20g/18g/16g G23 Titanium Press Fit Threadless Push Pop in Labret Lip Monroe Tragus Earring Stud Piercing - PunkTracker 14g/16g/18g/20g ASTM F136 Titanium Piercing Kit Taper Insertion Pin for Threadless Push In Tragus Helix Lip Nose Helix Piercing Jewelry Cartilage Earrings Labret Studs Nose Stud Stretcher - MS CUTE 20G/18G/16G Threadless G23 Titanium Silver Gold Replacement Post Bar Flat Back Stud Earrings for Nose Helix Cartilage Tragus Conch Lobe Labret Medusa Piercing Jewelry for Women Men --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hu/products/603131690-20g-18g-16g-titanium-threadless-flat-back-labret-stud-bar](https://www.desertcart.hu/products/603131690-20g-18g-16g-titanium-threadless-flat-back-labret-stud-bar) --- *Product available on Desertcart Hungary* *Store origin: HU* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
