I am a fan of aromatherapy and some of these “flame-like” diffusers add to the ambiance. This diffuser is easy to set up. A USB power cord is provided. You will need to plug it into a USB-A port to get power. A power block is NOT provided.The top simply screws off and you add water and essential oil. Close it up, plug it in, and press the power switch. The included instruction sheet explains this There are multiple colors to choose from and when you see a color that you like, you press the switch again to fix on that color.They made an attempt to create a flame-like effect with the diffuser but in my case it was a pretty colored mist. It will depend on the air flow around the diffuser. The diffuser did create enough mist to create a pleasant scent in my room. When the diffuser runs out of water, it will shut off.I find it interesting that they show using this in a car. While the aroma would be pleasant, I would find the light to be a distraction.
