The thing I can't stand about this is the smell, granted it does say it's made with real almond milk, it smells like spoiled milk, or coffee that has been sitting out for a day. It smells slightly like coffee but all I smell is the spoiled milk. The scrub is fresh though and I've been using it actively and it's doing great! The bottle has maybe 10 uses at most, it's a small container at 2.6oz so for a normal thickness layer you will be using a good amount. The exfoliators are coffee and little walnut pieces with the creamy water milky consistency. All in all a good face scrub, I would probably get this but in a different recipe.

If the smell is too strong, try using a smaller amount (which is the size you should be using anyway). In addition, I have oily skin and I have not suffered from any issues since using this facial scrub. I know it's sold by weight not volume, but when opening it and seeing the container around half full at best it's a little disappointing. The smell is quite nice and I do enjoy it. The grittiness is good, for me the grittier the better. I prefer something close to 60 grit, but I'm in the minority. Honestly, I really can't think of anything I liked about this scrub. It's very abrasive, I mean it's a scrub, so it should be, but the grit is very coarse. Based on the name of the product, I expected it to smell like heavenly coffee, but alas, it does not. The scent is very artificial. If you look at the ingredients, it is artificially scented.
