You find yourself working out longer, walking longer, or feeling energized to play with your kids longer!There’s a small funky smell when you open the bottle but it’s not enough to take away from all the good effects it gives you! You should read the label carefully to be sure you aren't oversupplementing elsewhere; otherwise, this is a great supplement that will replace a lot of separate bottles!

So much stuff going on in these little guys. Replace a whole pill box of supplements with two pills.They taste fine, I haven't noticed any major smells from the pills, and it doesn't give any bad-smelling gas.I can't exactly verify to potency and effectiveness of these, but I haven't had any issues and appreciate that so many good supplements are in one bottle.
