I really love the vitamin content these have! Lots of vitamin C to help me feel good throughout the day. I love the fruit punch and lemonade flavors. However I'm not a big fan of either pomegranate flavors. It could just be me but they taste a bit like medicine. Outside of that I'm very happy.

I have a 33oz water bottle so I mixer one packet of this and one packet of the Energy Rush for a great tasting water! Fruit punch is my favorite. I usually end up drinking 2-3 bottles of water a day because of this yummy tasting stuff!
