4C Energy Rush Electrolyte Drink Mix Variety Pack, 40 Sticks, 3 Flavors

I normally use the same brand regular energy rush and it was sold out, so I ordered these. Wow, these have some energy kick! Really seem much stronger than their regular line of product. I have mixed feelings about the flavors. The lemonade is great, but the strawberry and grape are both sweeter than I prefer, however, that's just a personal preference. I add a splash of lemon juice to cut the sweetness. I love these because I can throw a couple into my purse or workbag and be set for the day. The 4C brand is the best value on the market for these energy drink packets. I have also found that these work better and have a better flavor than most other pricier brands on the market. The electrolytes is a nice added bonus, especially on hot summer days.

This has become my go-to energy drink. It tastes reasonably good (better flavors than the other box), and it's just as effective if not more effective than a premade drink and costs way less. I can say with confidence I get no jitters but that's mainly because it's not pure caffeine and there's more ingredients that help curb that feeling. As for carbonation, when mixed, it's slightly carbonated but nowhere near as carbonated as Zipfizz. All in all, a great product.

I've replaced my morning energy drink with this. 200mg caffeine and some electrolytes, for about $0.25. you can't beat it. Flavor is good, nothing crazy amazing but fine, I normally chug the first one anyway.

My favorite! Use these nearly every day with lunch to stay feeling hydrated. I now prefer the pick me up over coffee, matcha and canned energy drinks. Typically mixes well with unflavored fiber powder and creatine but is good on its own. Always tasty with a touch of fizz. I recommend a shaker bottle, although it’s pretty dissolvable and not too clumpy in ice water that’s been stirred. It’s effective enough to use as a pre-workout. 200mg of caffeine is a significant dose, so I just make sure not to consume more than an additional 200mg throughout the day as my limit per day is 400mg. My favorite flavor is Strawberry, then Lemon. My least favorite is Grape but it’s not bad. If I could change anything I would just ask for additional flavors in the variety pack to change it up a bit!

I brought these for the 3 in 1 benefits. Summer is coming up and it is always a hassle for me to hydrate. I put on in a 1.5 liter bottle, it has intense carbonation, smooth mix ability, a good sugar free option and in terms of energy, I would say it's effective. When I wake up and am groggy in the money, it's gives a smooth energy that I don't crash from. Would recommend.

Like the light carbonation and they're not as intense as an energy drink but they do give you a little pick me up when I go out in the yard to work. I usually drink a dedicated electrolyte mix but they are rather pricey. Don't know how the electrolytes in these work but I have never had any problems with cramping while drinking them. They taste pretty good too.

I've been drinking these for a few months I just can't get them in stores anymore. I like that they are a combination energy drink and electrolyte. I prefer the packets to a pre-made drink because I can adjust the amount of water I use. They taste great and have enough caffeine to get me through a long shift at work. I do wish they weren't "lightly carbonated" as it has created a few issues when I have tried to mix this in a closed water bottle. I've figured out how to work around that but that would be my only complaint.

These are my absolute favorite product in the entire world. I went through a period where a certain medication destroyed my teeth. Goodbye to coffee, energy drinks, anything super acidic or sugary. My identical twin brother bought these one day at our local Jewel Osco, and the rest is history. Super flavorful and just the right amount of carbonation…helped me quit the energy drinks and we and a ton of $$ by using these.
