A: There is a thickness of the membrane itself, with the thickness of the screen protector, the sensitivity of the touchscreen could be lost. the thin plastic screen protector might cause a problem of phone stuck in the housing.

A: Please check if the smartphone function is well setup according to the guideline, such as turn on Raise to Wake on iPhone or turn off Mistouch Prevention on Android phones.

**Q: [AFTER-SALES] IS THE AIR BUBBLE IN THE MEMBRANE A QUALITY DEFECT?**
A: The bubble won't affect your operation and waterproof of the housing. It could be appear on the plane or high altitude area ,or after operation in diving. In some situation, it could dissolve back to the liquid if you go to low altitude area.
