Offers great Compression
This offered great support although it ripped trying to put it on each time. I had 3 holes by the end of the second week and it just grew bigger over time lol. Be mindful how you put it on so you can preserve it. $80 isn't cheap and this is my second compression sleeve.

Very tight
I like the compression of the sleeves however the top , where it fits in the shoulders/upper arms cut into my skin. If you are wearing these all day as I did that could be very uncomfortable. However I love how they felt and looked on

Great quality, sleeves do not bunch up
After brachioplasty I had to wear compression sleeves for six weeks. I initially had a pair of sleeves like this (same manufacturer) but 3/4 length but I found the sleeves kept rolling up above my elbows and felt like a hair tie on my arms, on top of surgical incisions and it was both painful and annoying to constantly unroll them a only to have them roll back up the second I moved at all. I visited the manufacturer’s website to see if they had any ideas about the issue and saw they had a full sleeve option. I ordered these and it had completely resolved the issue with the sleeves rolling up. The sleeves are several weeks old now and they haven’t stretched out despite constant wear and frequent runs through the washer. They also do a great job of wicking away moisture and despite having surgery in June and wearing them into August, they are not nearly as hot as I thought they would be.

Easy to put on & comfortable to wear
The doctor provided compression garment was extremely uncomfortable after my bilateral brachioplasty (removal of excess skin). So I went looking for something else and these were perfect!! They were easy to put on and I could slip my arms in, then do the hooks in front and slip the hook part over my head so I could apply them myself if my hubby wasn't available to help. I bought 2 of them so I could wash & dry 1 pair while wearing the other. I wore them under my clothes during recovery and they looked like an undershirt when wearing short sleeves. I have worn them round the clock for about 2.5 months, and just at night now. I would definitely recommend these.

Brachioplasty
Had brachioplasty and this was great HOWEVER, armpit area was too tight and was digging into my incision so I made a small cut with scissors. I am still using it 4months postop at night and it has remained intact.

Good if you don’t have wide shoulders
The pinching in the armpit is so painful. It works as intended, but I’m seriously considering cutting the seam in the armpit as the pain from that seam only is ungodly.

Not long enough to buckle in back
Seriously too short to reach across my shoulders. Incredibly uncomfortable if I have it buckled in back and doesn’t work if I don’t. I ordered a small and the arms have okay compression but absolutely useless if I can’t keep it up without buckling in the back. Totally crap. I’m already so uncomfortable. FML
