Dean Martin: That's Amore [DVD]

With a running time of just under 65 minutes and featuring 25 tracks this archive footage is part documentary and part biography with each of the clips being sourced from 'The Dean Martin Show' 1965-75. Containing two duet medleys [with Petula Clark and Peggy Lee] and a mini documentary, this will please fans of Deano, but some of the footage is quite old, so younger fans may not be so impressed, although this does capture his unique singing style and 'stage presence'.

This is just a wonderful DVD! Most of the songs he sings are taken from the "Dean Martin Show" and are just a joy to watch especially as they are in colour. There is humour, great singing and even info on Dean from his manager. This is a thorougly enjoyable DVD that put a smile on my face from start to finish. All Dean Martin fans will LOVE this! These clips show how highly charismatic, talented and funny he really was! There will never be anyone like Dean Martin again! He was a true STAR!!

After purchasing several Dean Martin DVD's, This is the best of the bunch at the moment. It shows a selection of clips from his TV show in Colour,Deano singing whole songs and oozing with cool. Let's have a lot more from these shows please.
