Love this pan, and also its smaller sibling the square pan. As always, a brilliant All-Clad finish that washes up clean and new-looking no matter how much of a mess you made with your cooking (if anything's baked on, just let it soak a little in mild soapy water; if it's on the outside, soak inside a larger pan or tub). Lighter than some of All-Clad's pans, but still heavy enough that it cooks through easily while minimizing burning. Great to have the top. And, despite what reviewers say, the top DOES come off and go on easily, at least if you read the instructions the come with the pan. There are 2 small embossed arrows on the non-handled side of the lid, and you're supposed roughly put the lid on in the appropriate fashion and then press down on the arrows while simultaneously either lifting up on the opposite sides of the lid (to open) or pressing down on the opposite sides (to close). I read the instructions and had no problem. My husband didn't and swore loud and long. After he got it out of his system he heard that I'd been gently suggesting there's a trick for some time now. Since listening to the erxpolanation he's been able to open and close it himself now too. Love being able to warm food on the stove (think storing in the fridge and then melting saved meat drippings before turning to coat the slices of leftover meat in them and then adding leftover vegetables on top of meat with or without a topping), then transfer to the oven and finally keep the new leftovers (if there are any), all in one pan. Great as a roaster, too, if you add the petite rack All-Clad 3014 Rack Nonstick Petite Rack for All-Clad Petite Roti Roaster Cookware, Black. Handles are pushed inward on purpose, so as to take less room in a crowded oven; the strategy works, without cramping my hands when lifting or carrying. I don't normally buy All-Clad (Cuisinart and Tramontina stainless steel cooking pans work well enough for me at much more reasonable prices), but this one is both unique and less expensive than some of their items. A real winner! Now -- could someone (like All-Clad, Nordicware or Cuisinart) please make stainless sheet pans with covers/lids??!! :) :)

The pan has a good weight, is sturdy and beautiful. It matches my all clad d5 cooking set. Love it and I expect to get years of use out of it. Highly recommend it, perfect for lasagna, chicken and casseroles.

There is absolutely zero flaw to this product. It can go from the stove to the oven. The handles are big and convenient. Many high quality expensive ceramic/stone bakewares don’t have big enough handle which makes me nervous esp when it’s hot. So I am especially happy about that.

I found nothing to dislike about this fabulous pan. I used it twice already. I cooked roasted vegetables one day and a roast chicken another day. Both meals cooked beautifully, the pan's handles made it such a cinch to carry the pan from the counter to the oven and back to the counter. I love that it came with a cover for storing the leftovers in the fridge, and when I tell you this was the easiest pan I ever cleaned I am not kidding! No soaking, no scrubbing, it went into the dish washer the first time and came out brand new again. I tested washing it by hand after roasted veggies were cooked in it and it wiped out so clean and easy. Smartest Purchase ever! I bought another one just two days later!

All clad products are made of surgical stainless stainless steel and will last a lifetime! I have purchased many pieces over the years and have never been dissappointed! They are extremely vesatile and can be used on all stovetop surfaces, ovens and grills. Highly reccomend!!!

This pan does its work with great results. The 4 star rating is because the plastic lid really doesn't fit well and misses its purpose. I wish it was metal or of some other material. I have yet to use the lid and it is awkward to store. So the pan is worth the money but don/t expect anything from the cover they supply with it.

Wonderful pan for making lasagna! Worked much better than the regular cake pan I had been using, and it was easier to clean up. Some reviews mentioned problems with the lid. If installed and removed properly (i.e., minding the tabs on the long sides), it is easy to use. Glad I got it!

It's such a wonderful deep dish pan heavy sturdy and beautiful to serve at holiday dinner. Love it!!

If a roaster pan and a casserole dish had a baby this would be it! The size is less deep and not as big than a roaster and more generous than a casserole. Perfect for lasagna, cabbage rolls and roasting vegetables when a neither will work and a pan sheet is to shallow. The lid is a game changer for leftovers or prepping ahead of baking. Personally I’m not loving the overly rounded corners or upward handles compared to the usual side ones. It makes for an easy lift big enough for oven mitts but a little tricky to cover the pan with parchment and foil when needed. I plan on getting a second one and the smaller square size as well.

Love the cover as well as design of pan. It is a professional grade pan with life time warranty - what more can you ask for. You can also braise your favorite short ribs, roast chicken wings, vegetables, enchiladas, ratatouille in it … the list goes on.

Love the depth of the pan, and the lid seals very well. So perfect for that pot luck casserole! Extremely pleased with this purchase. May possibly get a second one in the future
