This is flawless, smooth, relatively thin fiberglass cloth. I have often purchased fiberglass cloth by the yard at a brick and mortar marine supply store. The resulting cuts are crude, with lots of protruding fibers, the folds are imperfect, and that fabric gets dumped in a box with previously purchased fiberglass cloth of various sorts.I like that this cloth comes cleanly cut, perfectly folded, and enclosed in a form-fitting zip-lock bag.

I use this to cover my RC jets. Strong and lightweight.
