No, silly. This is just an ice pack on a belt. The sub zero temperatures you need for cool sculpting are not for this product.

Do they sell extra ice packs that fit in this belt?

I use regular ice packs that I have on hand. It works fine that way and I already had them on hand and they fit in the pouch.
