Review: Great value microphone coupled with first-class customer service - We have been using a 'Sonicake' wireless microphone for nearly two years, recording services in our church. That worked well, but reviews I read and saw convinced me that a newer generation of microphones would do a better job, so I purchased this Hollyland Lark M2. Couldn't believe how small the microphones were and was really concerned that we would not get good sound quality. I was certainly wrong about that: these little microphones with their excellent magnetic connection system have really improved the quality of our recordings. I use the USB-C version with an iPhone 15, a real no-fuss connection to the phone and a small but clear indicator light to show the microphone is working. Since getting the Lark M2 I have noticed a number of YouTubers using them, including William Gallagher of 58keys. There was one problem though--one of the microphones proved to be faulty. The Hollyland people had emailed and asked me to get in touch if there were any issues, so I did. I have to say it proved to be the best customer service I have had from an desertcart supplier. They wanted me to check the faulty microphone according to their instructions, which I did. All the communication was via WhatsApp and was absolutely trouble-free. I sent them a short video as requested, and within a very short time they arranged for the shipment of a replacement microphone free of charge. Most definitely recommended.

A: The Lark M2 supports recording in Stereo Mode while using with a camera. However, it does not support stereo mode when used with a mobile phone, which is determined by the mobile phone system.

**Q: There should be 4 magnets included, why there are only 2 magnets (or 0) in my package?**
A: Please note that the 4 magnets were pre-set on the 2 microphones and 2 necklaces. If you couldn't find them, please let us know.

**Q: Is the Lark M2 compatible with the iPhone 15 (Pro Max)?**
A: Yes, the Lark M2 Type-C version is compatible with the iPhone 15 (Pro Max). If you are not sure if the Lark M2 can work with your device, please directly send us your device model and we will help you find out.

**Q: What's the difference between the Combo version and Camera version?**
A: Please note that only the Combo version will contain 3 receivers (for USB-C/ for Lightning/ for Camera). If you get the Camera version, there will not include the recievers for USB-C and for Lightning.

**Q: What to do when it doesn't cut down on background noise or the Noise Cancellation Function isn't working?**
A: 1. Check if the Noise Cancellation function is on (the light turns green). 2. Use the windscreen when recording in windy conditions. 3. Record two audios (with/without noise reduction) to compare results.

Really high quality sound and noise cancelling, fast charging battery and great battery life, carry case is a little bit large for pocket use but not so large that they wouldn't fit in a coat pocket, connects to both macbook and iPhone so compatibility is good, quite light (case is perhaps a little heavy). I feel that whilst this isn't cheap, it's good value for the quality of mic you get, particularly as you get two.
