I have been buying Venchi chocolate for 3 years and it always delivered just fine, sometimes with an insulated wrapper to keep it from melting. In the last 2 months I have gotten bad melted chocolate twice, this looks old also, the color was so bad and one of them crumbled like powder. Has something changed recently? Do you have a new distributor? I never had these problems before but now I am hesitant to order this. Replacing it would be good. I ordered a single one and it arrived just fine, same time frame. I suspect the problem is not the heat.
