Complete waste of money

I ordered the Borosil chopper on 10 June 2026, and I am extremely disappointed with its quality. Within a very short period of normal household use, the pull cord (rope) broke completely. I expected much better durability from a reputed brand like Borosil. The build quality is poor, and the product does not justify its price. I would not recommend this chopper to anyone unless the quality is significantly improved. Very disappointing experience.
