Makes humus fluffy and smooth and taste to excellent. Best I've found in years!

This is a nice quality product with a subtle flavor. It does not over-power but retains the complex taste. be sure to note that the actual size/quantity is smaller than expected. Also, the product is more pourable/runny than other brands. Would purchase this product again.

I thought I did not like Tahini and then I tried the Soom brand. I wanted to try making my own hummus and the article I referenced explained that not all Tahini is created equally and suggested this variety. It was convenient to order through Amazon, arrived the next day, and goodness... that article was not kidding. Soom tahini is simply delicious and only mildly nutty so that flavors can meld together to create a truly delightful dish.

I love hummus and this tahini takes my hummus to next level good. Some other brands are bitter, but this is just perfect. If you use tahini for any recipe this is the best brand out there. While they don't sell it at my local stores, at least i can purchase on Amazon.The extra cost is worth it when it tastes so much better than other brands. And, let's face it, groceries are a bloody fortune these days so we don't want to buy something that isn't good.
