Excellent game
Ive been looking for this game for a while, I didn’t want to buy the digital version for $60 as the game is very old. And used versions were still pricy. It was perfect seeing this game brand new for only $20. The price it should have always been! And shipping was one day earlier than expected!

Fun game but may need extra piece to play
Great learning about this not so recent update. 360 purchased songs transferred without issue. Wish the old discs were compatible. Only drawback was not knowing and then needing to get the Legacy instrument converter to use the 360 instruments. Once active it’s been awesome. Family game nights. Good stuff.

One of my kids favorite games to play
This is one of my kids favorite games to play. However, I just wish they could give this much focus and time into their chores, homework or actually learning to play a guitar....lol.

Still a classic, though very little new brought to the formula
As a long-time fan of Rock Band, I've put in hundreds of hours from RB1 to RB3, and have been surprised at each game's evolution of the gameplay, and the care with which the player is introduced to the new features. Campaigns improved, handling multiplayer with fluidity that allows players to change who's covering which instrument, new instruments like the Keyboard Controller and Pro Guitar Controller, and the teaching modes for each role. So I am a bit disappointed at how barebones the training is in RB4, as well as the lack of instruction on how to handle the few new instrument features, e.g. Freestyle Vocals. I haven't felt so dropped-in-the-deep-end since RB1.Lastly, across full-game imports, albums, singles, and even Rock Band Network, I have purchased hundreds of DLC songs along the way. When I was able to carry forward all the RB1 songs into RB2, and almost all of them to RB3, I was ecstatic. So I was pretty sad to purchase this and learn that I'd missed the "import window" by a mere month.Still a great game, I just wish this series swan song had more of what made the series great.
