Spigen GlasTR EZ FIT Tempered Glass Screen Protector for Galaxy S24 Ultra

Edit: After a few months of use, the fingerprint scanner works just fine, just have to press a bit harder but you'll get used to it. It also helps to set the 2 fingerprint profiles for the same finger/thumb (thats standard practice with or without a screen protector to be honest) My only complaint to this day is that I wish the screen protector covered a bit mote of the screen that it does currently thats all. Original review: I am a long time Spiegen user, I LOVE Spigen products ESPECIALLY their screen protectors.. but unfortunately the S24 Screen protector is just not it.. There are a few issues I have, first and most importantly bring that the fingerprint reader just doesn't work as well anymore, I followed the instructions and re-registered my fingerprints and it takes a few tries for it to work when unlocking my phone, and when it does reader my fingerprint, it takes longer to do so compared to when the protector is off. My Second issue which isn't as much of an issue but the corners of the screen protector is rounded whereas the screen itself is squared off.. and once you notice it, you can't unsee it.. As a screen protector is excellent as always from Spigen but the fingerprint reader issue and the corners are a deal breaker for me. I wish I could provide some screen shots or footage but I can't really do that.

Exceptionally good. Very clear and tough friendly. Fingerprint recognition works flawlessly. No finger stain. Remember to re-configure your fingerprint after installing. Installation is supper easy.

Let me preface this review by saying I bought a different screen protector before I purchased this one. I saw the reviews on the other one (which were great!), and then I saw the crap reviews on this Spigen screen protector, so I purchased the other one instead first. I got my new Samsung S24 Ultra in the mail, took off the factory sticker thing, and immediately put on the other screen protector I purchased. I put my fingerprints in after I installed the other screen protector. The other screen protector did NOT work correctly with the fingerprint sensor. It was a 50/50 chance that it worked. Even after adding my thumb in two separate fingerprints like it suggested, it still was crap. So I returned it and bought this Spigen screen protector instead. Installation was super easy. I took off the other one, gently wiped all the cat hair off my screen, and then used the included installer tray to pop the new one on. Then I used the squeegee to make sure the edges were all down. No bubbles, no stray cat hairs, no strife. I deleted all my first fingerprints and re-did them. Immediately I could tell the fingerprint sensor was working better when I registered them. The instructions say to add your finger twice for better reading, so I did that with my thumb. You do have to press slightly harder than if the phone was naked, but that's the price you pay for having a screen protector! Now my phone unlocks quickly and it doesn't struggle with my fingerprints, even my pointer finger (which I only added one fingerprint for). I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews on this screen protector because it works wonderfully for me! It's a night and day difference compared to the first one I bought. This screen protector also says it's compatible with the Spigen cases, but I have an OtterBox Defender and it fits just fine. It doesn't touch the OtterBox frame at all so I'm not worried about it getting ruined! I highly recommend this one if you're on the fence or scared away from the bad reviews like I was! If you follow the instructions it should work perfectly!

Great protector! Been a year and I dropped it big time twice and small drops a couple more, but thanks to Spigen case also it's been fine. Lately, I see a crack on my screen protector. So time for a new one. Fingerprint work well too. Wish it was a little cheaper though.

I received this and only 1 screen protector was in the box. The backing had already been removed as well so that the adhesive side was exposed. It did have 2 installation forms, which both look used as well. So I basically received a useless product. This is disappointing because I love Spigen products and have used Spigen cases on almost all of my phones. **Update** After contacting Spigen they sent me a new product and the installation was a breeze! I did have to redo the fingerprints as other reviewers, the initial fingerprint recognition was a little sensitive, you have to press harder on the screen. Once they were done though I haven't had any issues using the biometrics. Thank you Spigen for the amazing customer service!

It works great very easy to put on and is virtually fingerprint free I haven't had the wipe my screen since I put it on. I love it

The representative at my cell service company recommended this brand which I had never heard of. I can say without any hesitation that this screen cover was the simplest to install of the plethora of screen covers I've purchased over the years. The price was better than most, and I was surprised to find that the package included TWO covers! It's only been a week or so, but there are no signs of chipping or cracks so far. Depending on how long the cover holds out overall, I will be sticking with this company moving forward.

The installation is okay, but not that great. I know why there are two protectors in the box. You have a 50% chance of the first one to be aligned with. My first try it didn't align to my screen too well. The plastic holder is tight, but it has to in order for it to align right. If your phone isn't set right it will off by hair. The problem is that you have to peel the plastic off before you put your phone in the holder. There are other protectors you put the phone in the holder and pull the film over the protector off. So this one isn't as easy as those. I had to use the second one. That one aligned right, but it left a bubble under the screen and i couldn't push it out, so I had to pull it up to the bubble and push the bubble and then lay the protector back down. 2nd thing is it's just like any other glass screen protector. The fingerprint sensor is worthless afterwards. Everyone I have tried the fingerprint sensor doesn't work. It's either Samsung or these glass protectors stink. I wish I could find one. The only good things I can say about it is the screen is clear and you can get it the next day. Other than that I would skip it.

One of the best glass screenprotectors, I've bought these series of screenprotectors for my last 3 phones and they've all lasted a long time. Applying them is incredibly easy, never had one go to waste.

Installed this right after I recieved the S24 Ultra on releasedate. It was easy to install, like usual with these Spigen EZ Fit glasses. The fingerprint sensor works as expected and also the touchscreen seems to register every touch. This screen protector can also be used with the Samsung Silicone Case, so I assume it will work with a lot of cases.

Very easy to install. SPIGEN worked on it well. Can already feel and see the difference after removing my 3mth old previous screen protector on my s24 ultra that was substandard (from another known brand and I shall not name it). Think it will go well like my other Spigen products prior. Great work guys n gals!

Ich habe schon viele Smartphones gehabt und stets ein Panzerglas auf den Displays gehabt. Einzig bei den Modellen Samsung Note 8 und S23 Ultra, die diese seitlich gebogenen Edge Displays hatten, musste ich auf selbstheilende Schutzfolien zurückgreifen. Das war suboptimal, ich glaube, so sagt man heute, ich würde sagen, äußerst bescheiden. Egal von welcher Fa., die Folien sind ein schwacher Kompromiss. So hatte ich beim Note 8 einen Glasbruch, der mich 35o Euro gekostet hat. Nun halte ich mit dem s24 ultra, endlich wieder ein Smartphone in den Händen, welches ein flaches Display aufweist. Von den überall im Web kursierende Videos, wie moderne Panzergläser mittels mitgelieferter Vorrichtung, aufgebracht werden, entschloss ich mich, das auch auszuprobieren. Da ich schon eine Hülle von Spigen nutze, bestellte ich mir auch das entsprechende Panzerglas,bzw, es sind zwei geliefert,incl je einer eigenen Vorrichtung, sie aufzutragen. Die Handhabung ist wirklich leicht, die Qualität bisher absolut sensationell und nicht eine kleine Blase zu sehen. Ich bin so froh, mein Smartphone wieder so geschützt zu wissen. Ja, diese Panzergläser sind teurer als jene ohne Vorrichtung, aber die Montage ist genial. Hier hat sich wirklich viel getan. Bei den Folien war es so, dass sie sich verschoben und immer wieder zurecht gedrückt werden musste. Hatte ich zusätzlich eine Hülle drauf, konnte es passieren, dass die Krümmung des Displays und die eng anliegenden Hüllen, dszu führten, dass die Folien an den Ecken hochgedrückt wurden. Es war einfach nicht schoen. Einzig ein Fa, bot eine Folie an, die nicht in die Krümmung ging. Hier nun bin ich gespannt, wie sich das Panzerglas macht, ob es Plan kleben bleibt und sich nicht verrückt. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, den ich habe, ist, dass das Panzerglas über die Kamera geht und diese nicht durch eine Stanzung, frei ist. Gerade um der Kamera wegen, habe ich dieses Smartphone. Mir ist schon als Fotograf, nie wohl dabei, zu den teuren Linsen, noch Schutzgläser montiert zu wissen. Schmier und Lichtreflexionen bzw. - brechung, führen leicht zu einer bildlichen Beeinträchtigung. Nun wird die Selfie Kamera eher weniger genutzt. Ich warte mal ab. In jedem Fall hat Spigen einen tollen Job gemacht. 2 Tage nach Aufbringen des Panzerglases: Eine der grossen Stärken des S24 Ultra Diyplays, nämlich die Entspieglung, wird mit diesem Spigen Display zunichte gemacht. Es spiegelt was das Zeug hält. Ich werde die Folie drauflassen, aber den Markt beobachten und die Foren. Vielleicht schaue ich mal nach dem Original Samsung Displayschutz, ob dazu etwas im Web steht, was diese Spiegelung nicht aufweist Nachtrag nach ca einer Woche Nutzung des Panzerglases: Ich bekommen das s24 Ultra kaum über den Fingerabdrucksensor entsperrt. Besonders nervig ist dies, wenn ich es mit Zahlungsmodi verknüpft habe. Ich habe heute herausgefunden, dass es besser geht, wenn ich den Daumen anfeuchte. Das mag eine Option sein, doch nicht praktikabel, wenn ich unterwegs bin, im Bus usw. Ich bin froh, dass dieses Panzerglas nicht jene Fingermarkierung im Glas hat, denn es das sieht absolut blöd aus. Trotzdem sollte es doch möglich sein, das Glas so zu konzipieren, dass es unmerklich an der Stelle angerauht ist. Ein wirklich tolles Glas, welches keinen mm verrutscht, aber eben ein Problem mit dem Fingerabdrucksensor hat.

For a tempered glass for my S24 ultra, I had two options to choose from 1. Ringke 2. Spigen. I choose Spigen. I don't know why people are giving negative reviews about this product 🙄... yes the product is expensive, but it delivers a premium touch and feel. It sticks and fits well on the screen. Application is easy and everything is provided in the box. Ani reflective property of the screen will be lost after application of the tempered glass. Some people are complaining about the small dimensions of glass... I ask you a question, if the glass is the same as the size of the screen, how can you fit the case? You cannot compare this product to the cheap ₹200-300 tempered glass. It looks good, clarity is good, re-register your finger after application for ease of use. If your phone is flagship, then it deserves a premium tempered glass and a cover that's it. Can't say about the durability because glass is a glass and glass can break. Extra: I am using both Spigen(liquid air) case and Rignke (Fusion bold magnetic) case ... both are exceptionally good.
