Perfect comfort for people with sensitivity to silicone. Runs small; I wore a medium before and large was a good fit. No leaks and worked great.

The AirTouch N20 with Optimized Comfort & Secure Seal works extremely well and has been a great upgrade for me. I previously had issues with regular masks leaving red marks and irritation on the bridge of my nose, but this mask completely solved that problem. The cushion is soft yet still provides a secure seal, making it comfortable to wear for extended periods without pressure or discomfort. Fit is excellent, and it stays in place throughout the night. If you’ve struggled with nose marks or irritation from traditional masks, this one is absolutely worth it.

They were comfortable at first but with in 2 weeks the foam started tearing and separating from the nose piece. Which starts the leakage process. Im not willing to afford weekly replacement. No it’s a hard no for me!!

While I take a medium in the official AirTouch masks, these are sized differently and I had to go up to a large. The manufacturer was fantastic and shipped me the right size for free after I contacted them. I would give this is a five star review but after about a month the foam started coming off. I just pulled it the rest of the way off and the mask works fine without it. I probably use them longer than I'm supposed to, but I can't be alone there!

Great masks and worth the price

The size is a lot smaller than with other brands and the name brand versions. Small in other brands is perfect for me; however, the medium size of these is borderline sufficient to allow me to breathe properly. If you buy these, choose at least one size larger than you would typically use -- which really limits who can use these nasal cushions. It's easy to tell that the main part of the cushion is the correct size, but then the memory foam is added onto that without any consideration for how that affects the fit of cushion. That is a serious design flaw caused by laziness of the manufacturer. Furthermore, the memory foam can easily detach from the rest of the cushion while in use, so these cushions might not provide you with very many nights of usage. The memory foam is very soft and quit nice to have. Other cushions tend to hurt my nose to the point of pain when I have them at the correct tightness to minimize leaks. This is why I have given 3 stars instead of just 1 for this review.

I have used a CPAP machine since 2010. I used a full face for many years and just recently I was moved to the N20. It was a great fit but it was cutting into the sides of my nostrils. I was hesitant to buy these due to some negative reviews, but I'm so glad I took the chance. I used for the first time last night and it was the best sleep in a long time. The cushion was so soft. The design is the same as the normal N20 but with the thick cushion. No leaks and it worked well. I use a small N20 so I purchased a small in this one. It was the correct size.

First I want to say, that the most important thing to know is that you must follow the procedure in the description in order to buy the correct size. Do not just but the same size you have for the original Resmed one. Amazon says they have a higher than usual return rate, and my guess is people are not following the sizing directions. Wearing this nasal mask is very comfortable. The original one always hurt the bridge of my nose; so much so that I often removed the thing during the night. This mask has memory foam that conforms to my nose without hurting it. The first time I put it on, it took me 30 seconds or so, to get it to seal 100%, but once sealed I had no issue. Do not be discouraged if you put it on and it leaks a little bit at first. Once you get it sealed, you will be glad you bought this nasal mask. As of this review, I’ve used it at least 30 days and only once did I have to take it off without using it the whole night. I had just got home from open heart surgery and it was painful to sleep in my normal position, so getting comfortable, and getting the mask to seal/fit right took some getting used to. Please do yourself a favor and purchase this nasal mask. You won’t regret it!
