Smaller bottles, lose caps and shipping issues
I have purchased this product in the past and have been very pleased. This time the bottles are smaller and most of the bottle caps were not tight. We had to tighten all but a half dozen. It’s obvious that there were issues in shipping g with half put in a bag while the rest were lose in the box. There was soap spilled in the box as well. I’m not sure whose issue this is but it needs to be resolved.
