How much sodium per serving?

Zatarain's Dirty Rice 40oz size contains 790mg of sodium per serving. ~ Erica

For anyone who has tried the Vigo brand of Red Beans and Rice, which do you prefer that brand or this one? Thank you.

I prefer zaterans it will feed four to six with sausage added

You said 18-20 servings- how much is one serving?

The serving size is 1/3 cup. ~ Erica

What are the ingredients and quantities you need to add to complete the jambalaya if you follow the package recipe, such as how much water, protein?

Have not used it yet - but I plan on using the required ingredients (water & oil) and adding chicken & smoked sausage. Depending on cooking method (oven, stove or streamer) will determine the water and oil amounts. Oven you will need (12 cups water & 1/4 cup oil) Stove you will need (11 1/2 cups of water & 1/4 cup oil) For Streamer ( 11 1/2 cup water & 1/4 cup oil) For the meats , 1 to 2 lbs. chicken and 1 1/4 lbs. smoke sausage. When I use a pkg. rice mixture, I always "doctor" it up with added fresh chopped onions, peppers, celery, tomatoes and even more than it ask for meats. MAKE IT YOUR OWN!
