im getting a crestie some time and im thinking on varaying the foods, should this insect pack be given more, less or the same as the plain fruit stuf?

Hi sam, I am not sure what plain fruit food you are referring to. But this diet is a complete one, so it contains all the nutrients your crestie will need. It's nice to vary the flavours for them, but don't buy too many as with just one gecko it will last a long time, even longer if you seal the packet and keep it in the fridge. Good luck with your new addition, be warned though they can become addictive 😁
