I didn't like having to run to my office and hope I got to the phone in time. This allowed me to answer from my headset. Everything about it was perfect but now our company has moved to a softphone and I no longer have a desk phone so it's just collecting dust at this point....not the product's fault! Buy this, you won't be disappointed.

This completes the headset. I can easily make a call by pressing the “on” button on my headset, pushing the autodial on my telephone and simply talk. After the call is over, I press the button on my headset and the lifter hangs my phone back up for me. This bad boy in my basement office also works just as well on my second floor so I am free to walk around and still be available. I liked it so much, I got another for my other office. The only flaw is that I had my phone configured to 60 degrees. At this angle, the lifter simply knocks the receiver off the base. I had to reconfigure my base to 30 degrees. At this angle, the lifter works flawlessly.

I have been using this for about a week now. First I will say that the Leitner headset has been amazing and I should have gotten a head set A LONG TIME AGO!! The handset lifter worked perfectly the first two days. Now occasionally it does not pick up the handset quite enough and I have to mess with it to get it to pick it up. I have it placed in the center of the handset as described in the set up instructions. I recommend testing that the handset lifter picks up the handset correctly BEFORE using the double-sided tape provided to adhere it to your phone!! It is very hard to "unstick" it to reposition!!

Headset is extremely well made and light weight. If you tend to stay on your phone most of the day, this is the best money you can spend. I can easily switch between my desk phone and soft phone in seconds and have eliminated the need for 2 Headsets sitting on my desk. The call qualify is the best of any Headset I have purchased. The volume control under the base actually works very well. Other headsets I have used in the past rarely adjusted the volume accurately. This is important when you make tons of calls.Phone has a 5 YEAR WARRANTY. Enough said.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING. Shortly after receiving the phone one of their Headset Advisors called me and helped me set everything up and explained all of the features to me. He was very patient and genuinely seemed to want to help me. I rarely leave reviews but this was exceptional customer service! I was very impressed.Moral of the story: You get what you pay for.

Lifter does exactly what it is supposed to do. Has 3 different height options. The 1st height option is slightly to low for my handset so I have it set to the 2nd height. I get my alert in my ear piece perfectly when a call comes in. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is I feel the lifter drops the headset a little on the heavy/quick side. I actually have been worrying that some customers may think I'm slamming the phone on them when I hangup. I will be putting a felt piece or something on the cup for the earpiece to help dampen the slamming effect. But it works great!
