Great for trigger point pain, and more
I've used spikey balls for years to release the bound-up facia / tissue that leads to trigger point pain. I have some larger red ones that have a little more give, but honestly, I prefer these that are a little smaller and quite a bit firmer. It makes the task of working on pain point more efficient. I also like that these came in a little velour bag with long strings, making the task of moving them easier, if I'm using both at the same time in the same vicinity. My body worker had introduced them to me so that I could work on myself at home between sessions. She would tell me to start at the trigger point area, wait until it burns, and then until the burn subsides, then move the ball 1/4-1/2" to work it from a different angle. She also would say, "You have to follow the line, you have to follow the whole d@m line!" in reference to the referral pain patterns. Good luck!

Good massage ball
I get migraines very frequently and I’ve gotten all kinds of things to try to mitigate them. These spiky balls are decidedly lower tech but I find them moderately helpful. While they don’t eliminate my migraines, it’s enough to tide me over until my medication takes effect. I deducted one star because I would personally prefer the spikes to be sharper and harder. To me they feel more like finger presses rather than fingernails. The balls came with a sack that I couldn’t figure out what to do with until I looked at the pictures here. I guess the idea is to put the balls in the sack and use the long cords to reach you back and other hard to reach muscles. I just use it for storage because the spikes are not that sharp and putting it in the sack makes the spikes feel even duller. Overall I think this is a good value and I am satisfied with the product.

Love These
I work a lot with my hands and I am on my feet all day, in addition to that I exercise a lot. My hands and callouses always are sore and these feel amazing on my hands and feet after a long day! Helps relieve some of the stress, pressure and pain. Feels great and super easy to use.

Balls are not soft
The balls turned out to be very hard, not soft like the usual lymphatic massage balls. They came in a case with very long strings, which made it impossible to fasten and use properly. For those looking for hard balls, this is an excellent price/quality combination. I’m rating this product 3 out of 5 stars.

Density of the bals
I use these for work. I do assisted stretching and massage. These work wonderfully to take care of trigger points and tension.
