Good quality
It's a fantastic addition to my workout routine. Great for building core strength and endurance. I bought 25 pounds but let me tell you it's heavyyy !!! Go for 5 or 10 pounds if you're a beginner and 15 or 20 pounds if you're an intermediate.

The bar is fine and will do the job but it came scratched and covered in old tape like it was used before. No damage to the box so clearly an issue at the warehouse

Lats and Chi Ishi Drills
This is my first Macebell! Felt like a badass working out and my lats are incredibly sore from the most basic 10-2s. And I’m no stranger to high volume heavy lat work…Choked up on it and discovered it also works for chi ishi traditional Karate conditioning.

Love this to keep shoulders strong
I bought it a little heavy for me so my boy couldn't lift it intentionally. It took me being real consistent to get to the point i could get aggressive because of that, but I am so glad I did. I am a firefighter and I have never felt so ready for the worst case scenarios in a fire. do yourself a favor and get one and work up slowly, Your whole upper torso will thank you.
