AC Blower Motor Resistor Blower Control Module Compatible with 2003-2007 Chevy Silverado, Trailblazer, Cadillac Escalade, GMC Envoy, Sierra, Buick Rainier, Replace # 15-80567 89018778 4P1516

We have multiple Trailblazers. Two of these resistors have crapped out, the third keeps running. As a Vine reviewer, I was offered this resistor, so I took it, to be ready when the next one gives up the ghost. My son, who actually does most of our automotive work, says this is really close, but not exactly the same as the resistors he has already replaced. He says that he will be able to make the plug work, with slight modification. Only 4 stars, because resistors from another source needed no modificaiton at all - they just plugged in, and worked.

This AC blower motor resistor doesn't come with the wire harness. The wiring plug installed in the vehicle doesn't match the plug on the resistor. Wasted time.

This states for 2003-2007 Silverado. It does not fit a 2005. In fact they look like completely different parts. The part itself looks good, but I can't speak for actual quality since it does not fit a 2005 Silverado.

This is what it is. It works great , perfect fit and simple installation.
