Great cameras and great customer service. I wanted to be able to check on a shut-in family member that is alone during the day. I purchased the 4 pack of indoor cameras. I was having trouble with one of them. I contacted customer service and they helped me work through the issue. They suspected it was a Wi-Fi issue, with not enough signal making it through the wall. I didn’t agree because I had other Wi-Fi devices in the same room that were working. After checking a couple other possibilities, they sent me a replacement camera. Unfortunately, I continued to have trouble with the new camera. Customer service stayed with me and stayed in touch with me while trying to resolve the issue, and followed up after to make sure everything was ok. I installed a Wi-Fi extender in the room and that resolved the problems. So they are sensitive to the Wi-Fi signal strength. The app wasn't clear to me on the instructions for set up and Customer Service helped me with that too.The cameras did what I needed them for, and I liked the cameras so much that I decided to expand and add outdoor cameras. I upgraded to a more powerful Wi-Fi router, and I purchased 4 outdoor cameras. Three connected well, but one ended up being too far away and I couldn’t’ get a consistent signal. With the better router, I didn't need the Wi-Fi extender for the first indoor one anymore, so I moved the Wi-Fi extender to support the most distant camera, and I haven’t had any trouble since. Sometimes a camera will fail to connect, but it will try to reconnect, or give you a reconnect button. If it fails to connect multiple times, the app will report the camera off line, but it will self reset. The app has a feature called Multi-view, that will allow you to view 4, 9 or 16 cameras all at once. Most failures come when in the multi-view mode.The cameras are fantastic especially for the price point. They do a very good job and are easy to operate. They do require a strong Wi-Fi signal. They have a microphone and speaker, and have the capability to talk to the person through your phone to the camera. This is a weakness that I wish was better. The quality isn’t very good, but it’s passable. I found that there are two modes, push-to-talk and two-way. Two way has better quality than the push-to-talk. It’s good enough that I can use it to check in on someone at home, and I use it frequently for that.They need to be plugged in for power. The indoor cameras have a USB jack and use a standard USB cord. The four pack of cameras that I bought have a USB mini port. The newer cameras that they sent me had a USB-C. In both cases, they come with a cord and a power block. The cord is long enough if you are setting the camera on a table. However, I hung mine on the walls near the ceiling, so I needed some longer cables. Since they are standard cables, they can be easily ordered on Amazon in various lengths. The cameras come with the mounting hardware which consists of an adjustable bracket, screws with anchors, and a thumbscrew to mount the camera to the bracket. The adjustable bracket will allow you to mount either to the ceiling or the wall. The camera can be hung right-side-up or up-side-down. The app has a feature to flip the image if you hang it up-side-down.The outdoor cameras are set up a little differently. The power cord is hardwired into the camera to make it weather proof. The plug in end was USB-C. For 2 of mine, I needed to purchase a USB extension cable to get the reach I needed to plug it in. Again, it's a standard extension cable, so it was an easy set up.The tilt-pan functions work well and are easy to use and are controlled from the app.The night vision is really good. I'm amazed by what I can see, especially on the indoor cameras. I moved my living room camera. In its original position it was 20' from the front door and I could check if I locked the front door, at night, in the dark. I could see the position of the lock. I moved the camera and it's now 30' away and I can't make it out anymore. But that's the quality of the resolution.My outdoor front door camera is about 15' away from the door and I can recognize people at the front door or coming up the sidewalk, day or night. But it's not good enough to make out a license plate on the street.You can turn the microphone on or off to listen while you are viewing.With the motion detection feature the camera will follow a person as they move, but it will also wake up the recording feature.There is an alert that will go to your cell phone if it detects motion or sound. I turned that off, as it will send you alerts as you move around, but it is great to use as a security feature if you are away.I rated them as a 5 because, while not perfect, I think they are really very good for low cost cameras. I haven't even tried all the features that they have. They seem to be better than the other cameras I compared them to. I purchased a camera of another brand, which was about the same price per camera, and I never even bothered to set it up. Out of the box, I didn't like the cord and the mounting bracket and I stopped right there. The Litokam cameras were definitely better.

The company Litocom claims to have a lifetime guarantee on this little camera. But i haven't owned it more than a week as i write this.My son-in-law spent $200+ for a comparable baby monitor camera, so i found $20 (summer 2024) hard to believe, but so far, it is an excellent device. The manual tracking servo works perfectly. i don't know about the automatic tracking, babies don't move that much. The motion detector notification is appropriate and effective. Night vision seems fine. Resolution really does appear to be 2k. It was easy to setup and uses the Smart321 website like a lot of other Chinese devices. It seemed to be such a good deal, i bought another for a different room & grandchild.As far as i can tell it uses about .2 amps at 5 volts most of the time (usb-A power cord and USB-C connector on the camera, so you don't need much. i have had no disconnects from the wifi so far, although it's only a 5' from our router.It records video and takes pictures manually quite easily. The app is easy to use, with a lot of tools. the company spent a lot of time, labor and money developing this.The only problem i had so far was when it's power got disconnected, the app on my iphone 15 did not readily reconnect the camera stream. i had to restart the app. It's a very small problem.i recommend this camera and will come back to update if it has problems.

These cameras connect very easily to your 2.4 GHz network. They are not very big but they are not conspicuous. You will notice that these are full-blown cameras. The video quality is pretty good at least for general home surveillance. I have not yet had to use them in any sort of criminal proceeding yet (thank goodness lol). For the value you receive for the amount of money you spend it's pretty good. One small feature that is both a blessing and a curse is that it will detect motion and automatically record individuals or cars that come by the camera, BUT It will also pick up when the wind blows the trees (very hyper sensitive to movement). I installed the local storage SD card and it has only used about 1 to 2 gigs of memory to date.

This is a nice 2k camera. Really works well for $19. Has a rotating head design, pans up, down,left, right. Light weight,easy to setup. Has an SD card slot. Picked this up to monitor my back yard space. Picture is clear, playback is good and has night vision and an alarm mode. So far well worth the money.

You will not be dissapointed with this cam. Excellent picture, video, motion detection, easy to install. It works for me perfectly for my needs. A+

The performance is great but my isp is always telling me there is attempts to Attack my network. I've addressed with the manufacturer they have no idea why. It only happens about 1900 times within 7 day period. I'm not sure why but I try to unplug it when it isn't needed.The color of the video is great both during day and night. It is simple to use and wireless connection is great. Over all features and options are great.

The Littleelf 2K Pet Camera has been a great addition to our home. The 2K resolution provides clear and detailed video, perfect for keeping an eye on my baby. The camera setup was straightforward, and the phone app is intuitive, allowing easy access and control remotely. Overall, it's been reliable and effective for monitoring our baby. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded.  A short while ago I reviewed Litokam's impressive 2K WiFi static camera (LF-C1t). I was so impressed with the app experience and quality of image I went ahead and ordered this Little elf 360 degree smart camera from them.My main reason for buying this camera is to monitor our attic, due to rodent activity in the winter months. The 360 degree smart camera has the advantage of being able not only to rotate 360 degrees and see all around, but tilt up and downwards. The camera is powered from a USB power source (included) so can be left on indefinitely. Using the mobile app (available for both iOS and Android) you can manually control the direction of the camera either left or right, as well as up and down. What I really like is the ability to then store up to 8 preset positions for the camera and name these. This enables me to quickly point the camera at specific points surrounding the camera.The camera has a built-in infrared illuminator for 'invisible' illumination in the dark. You can either manually switch this on or use auto mode for when the surroundings are too dark. Another neat feature is the automatic tracking, where the camera will attempt to follow a moving object or person. You can also define a monitoring area (to prevent unwanted triggering) and adjust the detection sensitivity in 3 levels.Motion detection can be turned on or off, and works by detecting any movement in the video image. It's so sensitive in high that it triggers when small insects fly past the camera! Sound detection is another way to trigger the camera, and it's possible to even link in a siren to go off if movement is detected.The camera has both a microphone and speaker so it is possible to communicate with someone on the other side of the camera from the app. The sound is surprisingly loud and clear given the small size of the speaker. Volume level is adjustable.Whilst you can use the camera without local or cloud storage, to record any detected video when the app is inactive you need to plug an optional micro SD card into the camera or sign up to one of the cloud storage plans. I'm using an inexpensive 64GB micro SD card which gives about 2 weeks continuous recording, you can use up to 128GB.A really useful feature when using an optional micro SD card to record to is the option to choose between recording events or continuous recording. You can program a time schedule so the camera is only active during certain times of the day.The app shows a timeline of any recorded events. I like how you can pinch and zoom this to locate and playback multiple recordings. There's also a date picker for choosing the recording date. Any events also appear in a message list along with a still preview image. It's all really well thought out and very intuitive.There's so much customisation for the camera within the app it's really impressive. HDR mode lifts shadows for when there are very bright objects in view, allowing you to see a wider range of light levels. You can perform digital zooming as well as panning of the camera. There are options to manually record video or take a still image at any time from the app.The app caters for multiple cameras and it's possible to view multiple feeds simultaneously. The previews are realtime and include wireless signal strength as well as the data rate. Quality of the camera image is impressive at HD resolution. There's a choice of HD or SD picture quality although there's little point in using the lower quality SD unless recording time is your top priority.The HD video quality is exceptional with good sharpness, definition and colour rendition. Video is recorded at 2304x1296 pixels HEVC (on my phone) and 20fps in HD. The still photos are the same resolution as the video frame. SD is recorded at 640x368 pixels H264 and 20fps.For the price and given the quality of the app this camera is exception value.
