Helps with what matters most, staying in the chair during transport
This helped my dad stay upright in his wheelchair while going to doctor appointments. It held his upper body. Keep using the chair's lap belt to hold the hips in place. I crossed the shoulder straps behind the neck to keep from sliding to the side.
