BISCOTTEA Coconut Shortbread Cookie (Pack of 4)

These are always so delicious. I've bought them several times and in several flavors. I'm always surprised by the naivete of some of the reviews though. Yes there will be some broken cookies when they arrive. You are ordering a delicate food to be shipped to you, what exactly did you expect? Did you think the manufacturer would wrap each cookie in bubble wrap for you? They are delicious whether they are whole or broken.

Taste of strawberry is good but they all came with broken pieces. Not only these cookies, Amazon’s product control is awful. Amazon need vendor company who control their inventories right.

Meh on the taste

The cookie tastes good but the packaging was poor - one package contained cookies that were completely crumbled.

Matcha flavor is strong but not overwhelming, texture is lovely, buttery but still airy and crispy as a shortbread should be

Taste wise the cookies are great. In reading the reviews this appears to be a common complaint. Due to the shortbread arriving in pieces I would not consider this item as giftable.

I fell in love with these cookies when I purchased them at Marshals. Seeing them here for such a great price meant I had to get them! *Insert eye roll here*You can see from the picture how my package was received. Every single package had broken cookies and some where no more than powder. The box itself is no thicker than card stock paper so you would think they’d ship it in a shipping box to protect it. It came in a bag with zero protection.With all that said, I ate ALL of it! *High Five*I happily poured that cookie powder down my gullet. They’re that good!In the future I think I’ll just try and grab them when I’m out and about instead of ordering here.

I love these cookies and would buy again, but am hesitant because they weren't packaged well and were crushed in transit. I am lucky if one or two cookies was intact.
