Small amount of hiss but sound is clear and good value for money. Although when ordering from Amazon US be aware the power adapter will be a USA plug.

Just ordered a 3rd one for our drama program. I've been using the previous 2, twice a year since 2023. They work great! I direct plays for middle school and high schoolers and they have held up through several costume changes and general roughness, though I have repeated myself often to be gentle! All I can say is I'm impressed! And I LOVE that it comes with both over the ear and lapel mics because there are times an actor is wearing something that prohibits them from wearing an ear piece and the lapel saved the day! Plus, I am no sound professional, and this has been super easy for me to install and use twice a year! (We borrow a stage and bring our own equipment) All in all, I highly recommend this unit!

I've done sound reinforcement for decades, having attended numerous seminars and training session with the Peavey Electronics Corporation - one of the largest makers & suppliers of musical instruments, amplifiers & professional audio systems worldwide. I've managed 20-Channel Stereo systems from Peavey in a wide range of professional public applications. While those days are now behind me, our Church was suffering from deficiencies of wired microphone use, especially with speakers moving about on the stage and pulpit. I made the decision to go wireless and purchased four of the Pro UHF 4 systems. I can state with certainty these wireless mic systems solved any problem we had with movement, sound quality and ability for the entire congregation - front to back, to hear our speakers better than ever before (I use a 20-channel stereo mixer/amplifier). The systems themselves are simple, easy, and quick to set up. I especially like the feature that permits me to monitor battery voltage of the transmitters as well. Be aware the Pro Audio 8 (Orange) units do not provide this same battery monitoring feature or ability to change frequencies.
