At the time of this review, the listing title states USA as the country of origin, but the product label makes clear this product is from China. There is absolutely no paperwork with this product: no safety guidelines, no instructions, no warranty, no explanation of the daisy chain or circuit breaker features, no manufacturer address or contact info. I have reduced confidence in this product without the paperwork that should be standard.Has good power and isn't too horribly loud even on the highest setting (especially since I will primarily be using this in my [sometimes] wet unfinished basement). Weighs 13 pounds which means that I can manage to lug it around. Listing says only 2 speed settings, but my unit had 3.

The media could not be loaded.  I have water that flows into my basement 2-3 times a year. It usually happens with a large rainfall or an unthaw from a huge snowfall. Luckily, the water recedes down the drain, but the floor has to be dried. This fan worked much better than the regular cooling fans that I had been using. The difference is, the Mounto fan is made with the air blowing at the bottom, which blows directly on the floor and not in the air. The air force is stronger than a regular fan. It has a 12.3" width so the air flow covers a large width of the floor. There's safety precautions in place that gives me peace of mind. It's made for durability and has a heavy duty electrical cord. There's a circuit breaker that automatically shuts the fan off in case of electrical issues. This was a no-brainer for me. It's worth the investment to keep my room dry.

This does the job, super powerful but not super loud. Very well built, I'll be surprised if I ever have to buy another one
