Biddeford Comfort Knit Electric Heated Throw Blanket with Natural Sherpa Off-White

I purchased this blanket last month for my daughter in preparation for winter. We just recently tried it as the weather starts to get colder. I plugged it in starting with #5 setting, 30 mins later it's not warm so I adjust it to #8, checked again after 30 mins, still not warm so I set it to max and I checked again later. It still didn't get as warm as I expect it to considering it is already set to max (H) and it's not heating evenly... I am really disappointed with the product.

Sorry this blanket sucks. First of all it did not work. At all . The controller did not seem put together tightly . Maybe that is why it did not work . Secondly the fabric did not have the stitching as in the picture. This decreased the appearance. It looks quite cheap. The material is like a cheap felt. The only thing nice about this blanket is the size is larger than my old electric blanket and it is a nice weight. But again it seems really cheap. Amazon was great and is letting me return it.

What a disappointment! Eveything about this blanket screams out that it was some other disappointed customers return... obviously used with multi colors of lint & hair & dirt on it & a slight burnt plastic odor. The controller was poorly repacked in torn bubble wrap, the cord was not even wrapped back up & twist tied correctly so it has an odd kink in it. The plastic bag it came in had dirt inside it and the user manual was bent up as though it had already been read. The blanket was noticablly partially re-sown along the middle of one side in an uneven stitch and slight different colored thread. The plug sewn into the blanket had crud inside the connector.Click Buy Now - and you too could own this very same fabulous blanket!!(Btw, the overall quality of this blanket was not great, very thin, calling it "sherpa" is a streeetch).

Ordered the throw for my bed. I put it over the first blanket, under the quilt bc you can feel the coils inside. Not crazy about that however the way I use it, it’s fine. At night I lower the thermostat to 60 and put the blanket at 2 or 3 and I sleep very well. I love the 10 hour shut off. Pretty easy to forget to turn off the blanket. The long cord is an excellent feature as well but it would be more convenient if the controls were towards the top or farther up the power cord instead of the way they designed it. I have to look for it half way down under the quilt. I put it under the quilt figuring the quilt would hold the heat efficiently and it does. Still a 4 star but I doubt this would be as comfy if used by itself.

I love this throw. It doesn't shut off for 10 hours. It is just the right size for me. It keeps from the bottom of my feet to about my chest warm on settings 1-2. I use it instead of an electric blanket. I don't feel as stiff when I get out of bed and my bones don't hurt. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because for me the cord that plugs into the wall outlet is long enough but the cord to the controller isn't .

The picture and reviews make this look soft and warm. It is cheap and stiff, very thin material. The heat works well, but the overall feel is very disappointing.

Throw control is easy to use, very soft and light to handle. Well made, glad I purchased this throw from the same company my first one came from. Fast shipping, well packaged.

Very thick & generous sizing for a throw. It does not seem to heat up as much as I had hoped & use it on the high setting. Still, good value for the price.
